Terms of Service

Loomi is operated by Reneli LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (“Reneli”, “we”, “us”). These terms apply when you visit loomi.bio, create an account, or publish a page with Loomi. By creating an account or using Loomi, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you use Loomi for a business, you accept these terms on behalf of that business and confirm you are allowed to do so.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account.
• Give accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• One person or business per account. Do not sell, transfer or share your account.
• Tell us at info@reneli.io if you believe someone else has accessed your account.

You own the content you add to Loomi, such as text, images, links and business details. You give Reneli a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, display and adapt that content only as needed to run Loomi: to publish your page, show previews, generate share images and QR codes, and, if you choose, show your page in the gallery.

A published page is public. Anyone with the link can see it, and search engines may index it. You can unpublish or change your page at any time.

You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights to use it, including any logos, photos, trademarks or content you import from another website.

Do not use Loomi to publish, link to or promote:

• Anything illegal, or content that infringes someone else’s rights.
• Phishing, scams, malware, or links that hide where they lead.
• Impersonation of a person, brand or organization.
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or content that promotes violence.
• Sexual content involving minors, or sexually explicit content.
• Sales of illegal goods or services, including weapons, drugs or counterfeit products.
• Spam, or messages sent to people who did not ask for them.

Do not try to break, overload or get around Loomi’s security, limits or plans, or collect data from Loomi through automated means.

Your username becomes your page address (loomi.bio/yourname). Some names are reserved. We may change or reclaim a username that impersonates someone, infringes a trademark, misleads visitors, or belongs to a page that breaks these terms. We will tell you first when we reasonably can.

If your page has an email signup or a contact form, visitors can send you their name, email address and message. That information is yours to manage, and you are responsible for how you use it:

• Use it only for the purpose the visitor expects, such as replying to them or sending the updates they signed up for.
• Follow the laws that apply to you, including anti-spam and privacy laws. Honor unsubscribe and deletion requests.
• Keep any exported copies secure.

Reneli stores this information for you and does not use it to contact your visitors.

You can choose to list your published page in the public gallery at loomi.bio/explore. Listing is off by default, and a page appears only after we approve it. Other people can see your page there and reuse its style, such as colors, fonts and layout, but not your content. We may remove any page from the gallery at any time.

Pages can link to other websites and embed content from services such as YouTube, Spotify, Calendly and Cal.com. Signing in with Google and paying with Stripe also use those services. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content or practices; your use of them is subject to their own terms.

• Loomi is free to start. Loomi Pro is a paid monthly subscription. The current price and what each plan includes are shown on the Pricing page.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard.
• When you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Payments are not refunded for partial months, except where the law requires it.
• If your subscription ends, your page returns to the Free plan. Content that the Free plan does not include is kept in your account but is not shown on your public page until you upgrade again.
• If we change the price, we will tell you before it applies to your next renewal. Prices may not include taxes.

Loomi is new. We will keep improving it, which means features, limits and plans may change. We work to keep Loomi available and your content safe, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own copy of anything important.

You can stop using Loomi at any time. To delete your account and page, write to info@reneli.io from the email address on your account. If you have Loomi Pro, cancel it first.

We may suspend or remove a page or account that breaks these terms, puts visitors at risk, or exposes us to legal liability. Where it is reasonable and allowed, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem.

The Loomi software, design, templates, name and logo belong to Reneli LLC. You may use the templates and looks to build your page on Loomi, but you may not copy or resell Loomi itself. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.

Loomi is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reneli LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim related to Loomi is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to defend and indemnify Reneli LLC against claims caused by your content or by your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Arizona, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.

We may update these terms as Loomi changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email or in your dashboard before it takes effect. If you keep using Loomi after that, you accept the updated terms.
