Privacy Policy

Loomi is operated by Reneli LLC (“Reneli”, “we”, “us”), an Arizona limited liability company. For any privacy question or request, write to info@reneli.io.

• Account. Your email address and a password, which is stored only as a secure hash. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, name and profile picture from Google.
• Your page. Your username, title, bio, photo, links, blocks, business details and design choices. When you publish, this content is public.
• Imports. If you start from an existing Linktree or website, we fetch that public page once to copy its title, description, colors and links into your draft.
• Billing. If you subscribe to Loomi Pro, Stripe processes your payment. We receive and store your Stripe customer ID and your subscription status and dates, not your card number.
• Messages to us. Whatever you send when you email us.

• Page statistics. When someone views a page or clicks a link on it, we record the page, the link, the time, and the domain of the website they came from. We do not store visitors’ IP addresses with these statistics and do not use cookies to track visitors.
• Email signups and contact forms. If a visitor subscribes to updates or sends a message on a page, we store their name, email address and message and make them available to that page’s owner. The page owner decides how to use them and is responsible for doing so lawfully. To be removed from a page owner’s list, contact the page owner, or write to us.
• Security. To limit abuse, our servers briefly process IP addresses in memory to rate-limit requests. Like any website, our hosting may also keep short-lived technical logs.

• To run Loomi: create your account, publish your page, show your statistics and deliver visitor messages to you.
• To process Loomi Pro subscriptions.
• To send emails you need, such as confirming your address or resetting your password.
• To review pages submitted to the gallery and to keep Loomi safe from spam, fraud and abuse.
• To understand, in aggregate, how Loomi is used so we can improve it.

Loomi uses only first-party cookies that it needs to work:

• Sign-in cookies keep you logged in to your dashboard.
• A referral cookie (30 days) remembers which Loomi page sent you to our home page, so it can greet you. It is set only when you follow a “Made with Loomi” link.
• A style cookie (30 days) carries a look you picked in the gallery into your new page.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. A page owner may embed content from YouTube, Spotify, Calendly or Cal.com; when you view such a page, that service may set its own cookies under its own policy.

We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. We share it only:

• With service providers that run Loomi for us: Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage), Stripe (payments), Google (if you sign in with Google), our email delivery provider, and our server hosting provider. They may only use the information to provide their service to us.
• With page owners, for the signups and messages visitors send to their pages.
• Publicly, for the content of published pages and of pages approved for the gallery.
• When the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
• As part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

We keep your account and page while your account exists. Page statistics, visitor signups and messages are kept while the page exists, unless the page owner deletes them. When an account is deleted, its page, links, statistics, visitor signups, messages and uploaded images are deleted with it. Stripe and our accounting records keep payment information for as long as the law requires.

• You can edit or unpublish your page, and remove it from the gallery, at any time from your dashboard.
• You can export the signups and messages your page has received.
• You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete your account, by writing to info@reneli.io from the email address on your account.

We will respond within a reasonable time and will not treat you differently for making a request. Depending on where you live, such as California, the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under local law, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.

Loomi is served over encrypted connections. Database rules make sure each owner can read and change only their own page and visitor data. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Loomi accounts are for people 18 and older. Loomi is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.

Reneli is based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in other countries. By using Loomi from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

We will update this policy when Loomi changes how it handles information. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email or in your dashboard.
