Export your data or delete your account

You can download your email subscribers and the messages your page received as CSV files, from Subscribers and Messages in your dashboard.

Deleting your account, from Account in your dashboard, removes it right away with your page, links, blocks, statistics, subscribers, messages, poll votes and uploaded photos and files. It can't be undone.

If you have Loomi Pro, deleting your account cancels it at once and you won't be charged again. The rest of the period you paid for isn't refunded.
